01 / Engineering

AI infrastructure that works outside the demo.

I build and operate self-hosted LLM environments, GPU-backed inference services, API routing layers and production Linux platforms designed around security, maintainability, portability and real operational constraints.

AI Infrastructure · DevOps · LLMOps

From Linux host to model-serving endpoint

My work covers immutable and traditional Linux systems, rootless containers, reverse proxies, isolated application networks, secret handling, model gateways, inference engines, GPU sizing, quantization and production troubleshooting.

Production mindset

Reliability is more than uptime

A reliable system must also be understandable, recoverable, observable and maintainable by the next operator. I prioritize clear boundaries, reproducibility, logs, validation and documented recovery steps.

Runbooks Root-cause analysis Service isolation Cost control
Inference

GPU and model planning

Selecting models, quantization formats and serving approaches based on VRAM, latency, workload and budget.

Automation

APIs and workflows

FastAPI services, integrations, webhooks and operational automations that reduce repetitive work.

Security

Conservative exposure

Rootless services, SELinux-aware mounts, network separation, controlled access and responsible secret management.

02 / Education

Complex ideas, explained clearly.

I have taught English online since 2019 and hold a TESOL certification. Teaching strengthened my ability to listen carefully, adapt explanations, identify misunderstandings and communicate across language, age and cultural differences.

ESL Teacher · LinguaPath Academy

Personalized learning with practical outcomes

I work with young learners and adults through conversational English, business English, reading, pronunciation, exam preparation and confidence building. Lessons are adapted around the learner, not forced into a generic template.

Communication advantage

Translating between technical and nontechnical teams

The same teaching skills help me explain infrastructure decisions to clients, turn vague requirements into concrete steps and document systems for people with different levels of technical knowledge.

TESOL Instructional adaptation Cross-cultural communication Plain English

03 / Delivery

Projects need clarity, not ceremony.

I coordinate technical and operational work by clarifying ownership, dependencies, deadlines, acceptance criteria and handoffs. My approach favors visible progress and usable documentation over process for its own sake.

Project Manager

Turning ambiguous work into executable systems

I map workflows, identify blockers, convert discussions into decisions, create SOPs and keep technical teams, founders, clients and stakeholders aligned around the next concrete action.

Operational project design

Rules, handoffs and failure points

I look beyond the happy path. I identify who decides, what information is required, where a process can stall and what should happen when assumptions fail.

Workflow mapping SOPs Stakeholder updates Risk identification

05 / Growth

Business development grounded in real delivery.

My business development experience includes lead research, prospecting, outreach, qualification, CRM management, follow-up and client-facing communication. I approach growth as a system, not a collection of disconnected messages.

Business Development Manager

Building a visible and repeatable opportunity pipeline

I research target organizations, identify relevant decision-makers, develop outreach, organize opportunities and maintain follow-up discipline. Because I also understand delivery and operations, I avoid promising work the team cannot realistically execute.

Commercial communication

Clear value without inflated promises

I connect client problems with practical services, communicate the value clearly and preserve trust by keeping expectations aligned with actual delivery capacity.

06 / Executive operations

Making the next decision easier.

As an executive and founder-support professional, I organize information, protect attention, coordinate moving parts and turn incomplete conversations into actionable follow-through.

Executive Assistant · Founder Support

An operational layer around leadership

My work has included calendar and meeting coordination, research, email and stakeholder communication, documentation, task tracking, business operations, project follow-up and representing leaders professionally across remote teams.

Founder-operator perspective

I understand both sides of delegated work

Running LinguaPath Academy and DelegateOps gives me direct experience with client expectations, operations, delivery quality, administrative work and the consequences of unclear ownership.

07 / How I work

I learn by taking systems apart.

My default method is practical reverse engineering. I deploy the system, test its assumptions, inspect logs, isolate causes, correct the design and document what changed. This applies to servers, workflows, client operations and unfamiliar business processes.

01 Deploy

Build a controlled working version instead of theorizing indefinitely.

02 Break

Test assumptions and expose weak points before they become production incidents.

03 Inspect

Read logs, trace dependencies and separate symptoms from causes.

04 Fix

Correct the underlying design rather than repeatedly patching the visible problem.

05 Document

Preserve the reasoning so the system becomes easier to operate, transfer and recover.

08 / About JK

Useful context behind the résumé.

These details explain how I approach unfamiliar systems, multidisciplinary work and communication across technical and business environments.

Origin story

Curiosity started before “DevOps” was a job title.

I began exploring computers in the Windows 95 era, building hardware and experimenting with tools such as Win32Dasm and Resource Hacker to understand how software worked internally.

Interdisciplinary edge

I can move between code, people and process.

My background crosses information technology, communication, design, education, legal operations, business development and executive support. This helps me see connections that specialized teams can miss.

Communication

I translate complexity without oversimplifying it.

Teaching and client-facing work trained me to adapt explanations while preserving the important technical or operational details.

Work style

Calm investigation before confident conclusions.

I prefer evidence from logs, documentation, tests and observable behavior. When facts are incomplete, I separate what is confirmed from what still needs verification.

Ownership

I operate as both builder and operator.

I am interested not only in creating a system, but also in how it will be updated, monitored, explained, transferred and recovered after failure.

Remote readiness

Remote work is an operating model, not a workaround.

I am accustomed to written communication, asynchronous coordination, cross-time-zone work, documentation and maintaining visibility without constant supervision.
